3-Ingredient Tahini Sauce


⅓ cup pure Tahini paste, well stirred
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
5 tablespoons water, plus more as needed


Whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper and water until smooth. Add additional water by the tablespoonful as needed until the sauce is the consistency of heavy cream.

Makes 8 servings
