Mediterranean Lemon-Herb Drizzle

I call this herb drizzle “simple flavor magic” because it is just that. It’s simple to make and it makes even the most basic grilled or steamed chicken or fish and vegetables taste incredible and luxe. I drizzle it over everything! It will keep for 2 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator. 

 

Mediterranean Lemon-Herb Drizzle

 

Ingredients

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill or basil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

 

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a small bowl or jar and whisk, or cover the jar and shake, until combined.

Makes 3-4 servings

Serving size: 1-2 tablespoons
