1/3 cup low-fat or regular Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon yellow curry powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
In a small bowl stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry powder until well combined. Season with salt to taste.
Makes 4 servings
Serving size: 1 ½ tablespoons sauce
Serving suggestion: Serve warm or room temperature over Greek yogurt
