Peanut butter and grape jelly are a classic combo, so it makes sense that peanut butter and fresh grapes would work together too. The fruit brings the same sweet flavor, but in a whole food, juicier package. Here the duo are rolled up together, with a hint of cinnamon, in a whole-wheat wrap bread for a fresh, fun take on a sandwich that will make both kids and adults smilePut the PB and grapes together the night before so all you have to do in the a.m. is pluck it out of the fridge.

PB and Grapes Wrap

Ingredients

2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
1 whole grain wrap bread (about 9 inches in diameter)
½ cup halved red seedless grapes
½ teaspoon honey
Pinch of ground cinnamon

Directions

Spread the peanut butter onto the center of the wrap bread. Sprinkle the grapes on top and press down lightly so they adhere to the peanut butter. Drizzle with the honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll the wrap up burrito-style.
